Ambrosia Innovation Hub
The Ambrosia Innovation Hub (AIH) will deliver targeted workshops focused on the practical use of the Ambrosia platform and serve as a central point for sharing knowledge, experiences, and proven approaches. It will promote collaboration among stakeholders across Europe by connecting related research projects and initiatives, and by facilitating networking and clustering activities. AIH will also engage with local start-up ecosystems to boost adoption of Ambrosia technologies. AIH aims to enhance knowledge exchange and promote Ambrosia technologies, including through synergies with local start-up ecosystems. The Hub will feature EU success stories demonstrating sustainable, safe, and nutritious food production. It will also be open to external start-ups, SMEs, innovators, and researchers, especially young entrepreneurs, to encourage the co-creation of innovative food safety solutions and address climate change impacts on food systems.
