AMBROSIA Expert Talks with the Agricultural University of Athens

Food safety innovation needs to reflect the challenges faced by the people who produce, process and handle our food. Connecting research with their experience is an important part of AMBROSIA’s work.

In the first episode of AMBROSIA Expert Talks, Stella Bitsika, representing the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), joins Eva Zavitsanou from Smart Agro Hub to introduce AUA’s involvement in the project and its contribution to AMBROSIA’s objectives.
